Fitness and Tennis Center
The Coles Crossing Fitness Center and Tennis Courts are located inside the Coles Commons recreational amenity area. This amenity provides aerobic and weight training equipment for individual use. Residents can bring in their own personal trainer as their guest. The center also has six regulation size tennis courts for residents use.
You will need an access button to obtain entry to this facility at all hours (Please see access keys information on the mail page or contact CMC at (281)225-9000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

To protect residents and facilities at Coles Commons, the building is secured by an alarm system. Please make special note of the 15-second time provided to close the outside door after entering or leaving the exercise area. Each time a false alarm occurs, the Harris County Sheriff’s Department charges the Coles Crossing Homeowners Association $75, as required by law. To keep annual assessments as low as possible, please help us avoid these charges by making sure that you close the outside door behind you when you are entering or leaving the indoor exercise facility without stopping to talk or holding the door open for
All residents must sign in and provide proof of age each time they enter the facility.
The facility is for the use of Coles Crossing residents and guests only. The center is open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The fitness room is monitored by cameras, and residents violating the rules will be contacted by the property manager, CMC. Coles Crossing reserves the right to refuse entrance to the Fitness Center to anyone. Please be respectful of your neighbors and obey the rules of the Fitness Center. Please observe that absolutely no children under the age of 14 are allowed to use the fitness equipment or loiter in the fitness room. Children between the ages of 14 and 17 may use the facility as long as they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or – with the parent’s permission – a Coles Crossing sponsored trainer. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of all amenity privileges. All parents are responsible for their children in the Fitness Center at all times.
